Shukur Azhy Ismailov appointed Deputy Mufti of Kyrgyzstan
Shukur Azhy Ismailov has been appointed Deputy Mufti of Kyrgyzstan according to a decree signed by Abdulaziz Kary Zakirov, the head of the Spiritual Administration of Muslims of Kyrgyzstan (DUMK).

Hailing from Chon-Ala, Shukur Azhy Ismailov holds both secular and religious higher education. He specializes in jurisprudence, Islamic law, and Arabic philology, has a PhD in legal sciences, and is also a candidate of historical sciences.

Ismailov has significant experience in the fields of religion and education.
