The mayor of Naryn, Zhaynak Nemat uulu, signed an agreement with the official dealer of the factory in Kyrgyzstan for the purchase of ten units of specialized and municipal equipment. The purchase will be made using 30.5 million soms saved from the 230 million soms allocated from the presidential stabilization fund for the acquisition of buses and the improvement of the material and technical base of municipal services.
The savings were achieved through the adjustment of costs and coordination with relevant ministries during the procurement of 34 previously acquired units of equipment, which allowed for the exemption of supplies from VAT.
With these funds, the city has signed a new agreement for the supply of pickups, manipulators, garbage trucks, and heavy dump trucks with a self-dumping function for municipal services. The initiative belongs to the mayor, and support was provided by the authorized representative of the government in the region.
Additionally, work is underway to purchase necessary spare parts for the new public transport using the 11 thousand dollars saved from the purchase of buses.
The press service of the Naryn mayor's office noted that the new equipment will significantly improve the capabilities of municipal services and enhance the quality of services provided.
