On December 8, the mayor of Tokmok, Altynbek Ergeshov, held a staff meeting where reports on previously issued instructions were discussed, and the work of some city services was criticized.

During this meeting, the mayor expressed his dissatisfaction with the quality and timeliness of a number of tasks, noting that the efficiency of certain services leaves much to be desired.

Ergeshov called for increased discipline and personal responsibility among employees. He emphasized that "under current conditions, work must be done without weekends, excuses, or requests."

According to the mayor, the city needs quick and accurate solutions, and each leader is expected to deliver concrete results, not just justifications.

The day before, on December 8 at 06:00, the presidential envoy in the Chui region, Azamat Osmonov, conducted an unexpected inspection at the livestock market in Tokmok, during which a number of problems were identified. As a result, the city administration decided to strengthen control over the work of city services.
