On the same day, the head of the State National Security Committee, Kamchybek Tashiev, instructed local authorities and law enforcement agencies to prohibit cafes and restaurants from operating after 10:00 PM, and in case of violations, to disconnect them from electricity.After that, the Bishkek city administration issued an order prohibiting establishments from operating at night and began conducting raids. Simultaneously, similar checks were carried out in Osh. Visitors complained on social media about power outages, which forced them to leave the establishment.
