In his address, the mayor noted that the raid conducted on November 13 aimed to ensure compliance with noise regulations and clarify issues related to energy conservation.

According to Junushaliev, the purpose of these raids was not to shut down businesses, but to provide recommendations to establishments, which has already yielded positive results. All actions, in his opinion, are aimed at protecting the interests and rights of all city residents.

He also added that during the raid on November 13, extreme measures such as cutting off electricity, water, and other utilities were not implemented, and establishments can continue their operations. However, mass events must conclude by 10 PM.

“Establishments hosting mass events are required to end all activities by 10 PM. Nevertheless, cafes and restaurants designed for fewer visitors and operating as food points may continue their activities. It is important that they receive recommendations,” the mayor noted.

Additionally, Junushaliev indicated that establishments located in remote residential areas may continue to hold mass events after the designated time if they have functioning generators that ensure their operation.

“All government institutions, akimats, and administrative buildings must be disconnected from electricity by 6 PM, and energy consumption should be minimized. Educational activities should not be halted, and restrictions in this regard should not affect the educational process. However, after the end of the school day, all institutions must switch to minimal electricity consumption,” he added.
