According to the representative, residents of the mortgage building expressed dissatisfaction regarding the payment situation, which has remained unresolved for seven months. “Why is your attitude towards people so rude? These complaints come from the tenants. Perhaps they do not have all the information as you do — explain it to them clearly, tell them about the state benefits. We work thanks to these people,” Tekebaev stated.
He also appealed to all heads of state institutions to avoid rudeness in communication with citizens. “Dear leaders, you have passed exams on ethical standards and studied the laws. If you have taken your positions, show politeness. Let’s show people respect and culture,” the president's representative added.
According to Arstanbekov, residents have started to pay off their debts, and the issue is almost resolved. He also noted that the information that reached the leadership was incorrect.
During the discussion of the tasks set, Tekebaev criticized some leaders, noting: “You have become mere statistics.”
He reminded that the heads of districts and cities bear personal responsibility for the results of the National Test (ORT), as well as for obtaining “Gold Certificates” and prize places at republican Olympiads.
The following issues were considered at the meeting:
– analysis of the socio-economic situation in the region for January-September 2025 and directions for further development;
– reports from the mayor's office of Tash-Kumyr and the state administrations of the Chatkal and Ala-Buka districts, as well as local self-government bodies on compliance with executive discipline.
During the meeting, it was noted that the total volume of industrial production amounted to 41 billion 458.2 million soms, and the physical volume index reached 129.2%. Growth continues in the industrial sector, including the extraction of mineral resources, as well as the production of oil and natural gas.
Small and medium-sized businesses produced goods worth 5 billion 921.6 million soms, which is 154.6% more compared to last year. The region has opened 2,199 new enterprises.
The revenue part of the state budget amounted to 18 billion 189.1 million soms with a plan of 16 billion 724.9 million soms (108.8%). The republican budget was executed at 109%.
In nine months, 16 new schools, 4 school extensions, and 21 kindergartens were put into operation.
By October 1, 2,976 low-income families received 150,000 soms each under the social contract.
