Mayors of districts, city administrators, as well as heads of various regional and district departments and representatives of local self-government participated in this event. The main agenda items were the results of the socio-economic development of the region.
The participants discussed the situation in the healthcare sector, noting an increase in the number of requests for medical assistance. During the first nine months of 2025, the region registered 100,551 cases of hospital visits, which is 3,228 cases more compared to the same period in 2024, representing a growth of 3.3%.
The data on registered diseases in each of the Population Service Centers (PSCs) is as follows:
- Ak-Talinsky District: 11,616 cases (in 2024 — 9,896), an increase of 1,720 cases or 17.4%.
- At-Bashinsky District: 15,565 (14,633), an increase of 932 cases or 6.4%.
- Kochkor District: 20,162 (18,890), an increase of 1,272 cases or 6.7%.
- City of Naryn: 41,448 (41,448), the figure remained unchanged.
- Jumgal District: 11,760 (12,456), a decrease of 696 cases or 5.6%.
Of the total number of registered diseases, 42,693 cases were primary (in 2024 — 46,036), which is 3,343 cases fewer, representing a decrease of 7.3% for the region.
At-Bashinsky District was the only one where the number of first-time registered cases increased — 7,231 cases (in 2024 — 6,687), which is 544 cases or 8.1% more.
In all other districts, the indicators for first-time registered cases decreased compared to the same period last year:
- Ak-Talinsky District: 4,331 (4,760), a decrease of 429 cases or 9.0%.
- Jumgal District: 5,513 (5,968), a decrease of 455 cases or 7.6%.
- Kochkor District: 7,743 (8,811), a decrease of 1,068 cases or 12.1%.
- City of Naryn: 17,875 (19,810), a decrease of 1,935 cases or 9.8%.
