An important event took place in Balakchy: the city received ten new buses, and in the coming days, another ten units of special transport are expected to arrive. This information was announced by the Office of the President of the Kyrgyz Republic.
The head of the president's office, Kanbek Tumanbaev, visited Balakchy on a working trip, where he was able to hand over the buses purchased in China, each with 24 seats. This initiative is supported by President Sadyr Japarov and was implemented at the suggestion of the Deputy Prime Minister and Chairman of the State Committee for National Security, Kamchybek Tashiev, with the aim of improving public transport in the city.
During his trip, Tumanbaev also familiarized himself with the construction process of a mortgage residential complex being built under the state program "My House" in Balakchy. To date, the main construction works are actively ongoing, and the frameworks of several multi-story buildings have reached the third floor.
In addition, during the visit, the situation with the urban infrastructure was examined. In particular, it was noted that in new residential areas, where engineering communications were previously absent, work is now underway to provide residents with drinking water and electricity. "Currently, technical work in this direction is being carried out in stages, and the issue of providing basic utility services to the population is gradually being resolved," the press service reports.
