A citizen of the Kyrgyz Republic suspected of large-scale fraud has been extradited to Bishkek. This information was provided by the General Prosecutor's Office of Kyrgyzstan.
According to the prosecutor's office, thanks to active cooperation with the Vietnamese authorities, Kyrgyz citizen T. A. was brought to Bishkek under the protection of the Ministry of Internal Affairs and the National Central Bureau of Interpol. He is accused of causing damage to victims amounting to 16.4 million soms through fraudulent actions. After arriving in the capital, he was placed in a detention center for further investigation of the criminal case.
The General Prosecutor's Office of the Kyrgyz Republic continues its work on the extradition of individuals evading justice in accordance with international obligations. This activity is aimed at protecting the legal rights of victims and ensuring the principle of inevitability of punishment for committed crimes.
