The creators of the film "Beiysh 2: Apama Kat" have reported instances of illegal filming and the posting of fragments of their work on social media. Lawyers representing the rights holders have already documented several cases of copyright infringement.

According to current legislation, including the Law on Copyright and Related Rights, exclusive rights to audiovisual works belong solely to their creators. Any unauthorized copying or distribution of the film's materials on the internet is considered illegal.

Liability for Violation

Law enforcement agencies have already identified the two violators engaged in the illegal publication of materials. Each of them received a fine of 50,000 soms.

The creators of the film warn that any further attempts at piracy will be treated as intentional violations. Information about new cases of infringement will be sent to court for the application of various measures of liability, including civil, administrative, and criminal. In some cases, the law may prescribe penalties of up to imprisonment.

The creators of "Beiysh 2: Apama Kat" urge bloggers, media outlets, and ordinary users to respect the work of others and refrain from illegal actions concerning intellectual property.
