It is important to remember that in order to stay legally in Russia, a number of mandatory actions must be taken in accordance with Russian laws:
- Within 30 days, it is necessary to undergo a medical examination, as well as register fingerprinting and take a photograph;
- Within 30 days, register for migration accounting at the local migration authority at the place of temporary residence. For citizens arriving in Moscow and the Moscow region for work purposes, registration is carried out through the "Amina" application. Family members must register according to the general rules;
- Enter into an employment or civil law contract;
- Within 90 days, extend the temporary stay based on the employment or civil law contract by obtaining a stamp in the migration authorities on the migration card.
