In the village of Min-Chynar, located in the rural district of Ak-Turpak in the Kadamjay region, incidents involving stray animals have become more frequent. This is reported by local residents.

According to their accounts, one of the horses grazing in a rice field fell into a ditch and was unable to get out on its own. A witness to the incident stated that he could not help the animal alone.

Local residents note that during the autumn-winter period, rice fields in the rural district of Ak-Turpak are used as pastures. Horses and other livestock are driven here from various districts of the Batken region, leaving them unattended. Owners return for them only in early spring.

In such conditions, animals often venture onto the Osh-Batken-Razzakov highway, which can lead to traffic accidents.

Moreover, there are cases where fallen or injured animals die without assistance, as their owners are absent. It has been reported that wild dogs, wolves, and jackals often attack such animals.

Local residents are urging the relevant authorities to pay attention to this problem and strengthen control over livestock management.
