The investigation established that individuals who previously held positions in the Tash-Dobon rural administration conspired to illegally transfer a land plot of 1.01 hectares to citizen R.E.R. This plot is located within the boundaries of "Seil," situated in the territory of the Tash-Dobon rural administration in the Chui region.
According to the Land and Water Supervision Service under the Ministry of Agriculture of the Kyrgyz Republic, the process of allocating this land was carried out with serious violations of the country's legislation.
In this case, the GKNB initiated a criminal case, qualifying the actions as abuse of office, as provided for in part 3 of Article 337 of the Criminal Code of the Kyrgyz Republic. Within the framework of the investigation, citizen N.A.K. was detained.
Currently, investigative and operational activities are ongoing to identify other individuals involved in this land scheme.
