Previously, representatives of the municipal enterprise "City Road and Transport Infrastructure" informed that rental rates for land at these markets had increased by 20 percent.
Today it became known that the revenue collection plan from the municipal enterprise for 2025 was set at 110 million soms, but in fact, 139.4 million soms were collected. Based on this, the plan for 2026 was increased to 153 million soms, taking into account the new rates.
Kazybek Ergeshov expressed dissatisfaction: "Why burden entrepreneurs if you have already exceeded the plan? You are effectively suffocating them. Is this being done to cover other shortfalls using the 'Oberon' market?"

The deputy director of the municipal enterprise noted that plans include allocating funds for improving market infrastructure, including roof repairs and replacing outdated transformers.
Deputy Talaybek Daiyrbekov supported Ergeshov's opinion, pointing out the lack of any investments: "You are raising rates without any justification. This is unreasonable. You did not build the 'Oberon' market; entrepreneurs did. Even if the property was taken by court, it does not mean that conditions for business should be worsened. Yesterday, at a meeting in Osh, the head of the Cabinet emphasized that we should not pressure businesses. And he is right. Perhaps we should jointly complain about your actions," he stated.
Daiyrbekov added that citizens are increasingly expressing dissatisfaction due to rising prices for food and other goods.
"It all starts with an increase in rent. Do you really think that sellers will cover these costs themselves? This will fall on the final price of goods. Before introducing new rates, think about who will ultimately pay. In the end, public discontent will reach the president due to such unreasonable decisions," concluded the deputy.
In 2024, it was reported that the markets of the LLC "Oberon Dordoy" and "Oberon Orto-Sai" would be returned to the state.
