Spouses from the Jeti-Oguz district are successfully engaged in the production of organic fertilizers.

Azim Kaliev and Gulzat Stamgalieva organized their production in the village of Zhalgyz-Oruk, which brings them a stable income. The couple is raising four children and previously received the "Uiy-bulogo komok" allowance. In 2024, they became participants in the "Social Contract" project, which allowed them to acquire everything necessary for the production of biohumus.

The production process takes place in a warehouse in Zhalgyz-Oruk. According to the couple, the annual income from the sale of biohumus amounts to 200,000 soms. They directed these funds towards planting 16,000 strawberry seedlings on 38 acres of land. The products are sold in packaged form, and the couple has signed contracts with flower shops. In the future, they plan to start producing liquid organic fertilizers.

Gulbara Zhaambaeva reported that from 2022 to 2025, 811 citizens are participating in the "Social Contract" project. "In our agricultural region, most projects relate to livestock, agriculture, horticulture, beekeeping, biohumus production, as well as folk crafts, sewing and culinary arts, and various services. We are proud of our achievements," she emphasized.

After receiving funds, project participants are provided with assistance. "We go to markets to help with asset purchases, assist with documentation, and conduct regular monitoring. Hardworking families develop quickly, and among them are those who are engaged in sheep fattening and improving breeds. Farms that breed the Arashan breed of sheep are emerging. New jobs are also being created in hair salons, where modern services are being introduced," Zhaambaeva added.

In the village of Kyzyl-Suu, one of the project participants learned to embroider portraits of historical figures using an embroidery machine that he acquired thanks to the project. His works are already exhibited in museums and attract the attention of tourists.

In addition, project participants have the opportunity to obtain an interest-free loan of up to 200,000 soms through one of the state banks, which helps strengthen their businesses. "These amounts are provided without collateral," Zhaambaeva added.
