Yesterday, March 4, a meeting took place in the new residential area of Tynchtyk, located in Talas, where local residents met with representatives of the city administration.

The main topic of discussion was the installation of sewage systems in this area. Meeting participants reported that the laying of a 200 mm diameter pipe is currently underway, but residents expressed serious concerns about the possibility of connecting their homes to this system.

Local residents emphasized that despite the start of pipe installation, it is necessary to ensure that all households are connected to the new sewage system.

They highlighted the importance of this issue for maintaining sanitary standards and creating comfortable living conditions.

“When laying sewage systems, there are often cases of poor workmanship. Usually, 10-15 cm of sand or fine gravel is laid in the trench, which is then compacted. After the pipes are installed, another 10-20 cm of sand or soft soil is added and compacted again. For private houses, the diameter of sewage pipes should be at least 110 mm, and for street sewage — 200 mm or more. It is also important to maintain the slope of the pipes to ensure natural water drainage. However, the concrete pipes currently being laid are starting to deteriorate, and they can easily break during compaction. You will leave, and all the problems will fall back on the shoulders of the people,” local residents shared their concerns.

During the meeting, the mayor instructed the municipal enterprise "Talas Shaaralyk Suu Charba" to conduct a thorough inspection of the quality of construction work and ensure that the facility is accepted into the balance sheet with all technical requirements taken into account.

He also added that although the sewage project is currently funded from another budget, it will later be transferred to the city's balance sheet. The mayor emphasized the need for a careful inspection of all sections to avoid potential construction deficiencies and ensure quality acceptance of the facility.

As a result, residents once again raised the issue of connecting the new residential area of Tynchtyk to the central sewage system.
