Aruuke Talantbek kyzy lives in Dubai, UAE, and was born on January 15, 2002, in Kerben, Aksy district of Jalal-Abad region.
After finishing school, she received a degree in biology and chemistry from Gorno-Altaisk State University in Russia. "My friend and I jokingly said that one day we would move to Dubai, and it seemed just a dream," she recalls.
After university, Aruuke worked in Moscow, where she met Kyrgyzstani people working for a Dubai airline. Their advice inspired her to go to Dubai with her friends. "We decided: if we like it, we will stay; if not, we will return," she says. In the end, Aruuke stayed in Dubai and found a job.
Today, she works at "Hair Academy," teaching students and specializing in hair care. Aruuke mastered her profession right in Dubai, constantly improving her skills.
"Dubai is a safe and clean city with enormous opportunities. People of different nationalities live here, and everyone respects each other," she shares her impressions.
Comparing it to Kyrgyzstan, she notes: "Life here moves faster, and there are more opportunities. But Kyrgyzstan will always remain my homeland." The initial adaptation to her new life was challenging, but over time, Aruuke got used to it and learned to be independent, as well as to help her family.
She also noted that there are many Kyrgyzstani people in Dubai, with whom they keep in touch. In her free time, Aruuke enjoys walking and blogging.
According to her, the situation in Dubai is calm now: life goes on as usual.
- The President of Kyrgyzstan, Sadyr Japarov, reported on the ongoing work to evacuate citizens remaining in Middle Eastern countries.
"I plan to continue developing and achieving success. One of my goals is to acquire housing and continue helping my family," Aruuke added.
According to information from the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Kyrgyzstan, 5 evacuation flights have been organized, returning 592 Kyrgyzstani citizens from Riyadh and Dubai, as well as from other countries in the region.
The press service of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs reported that approximately 22,000 citizens of Kyrgyzstan were in Middle Eastern countries, and the evacuation began amid the worsening situation in the region.
Earlier, on March 14, 142 citizens returned from Kuwait, Bahrain, and Qatar with the help of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, while 24 people returned via Istanbul.
"In addition to evacuation flights, many citizens were able to return home on regular flights," the Ministry of Foreign Affairs clarified.
Currently, more than 3,000 Kyrgyzstani citizens have returned independently from the Middle East.
The main transit points for flights to Kyrgyzstan are Riyadh and Jeddah, where Kyrgyzstani citizens can reach from neighboring Persian Gulf countries by land transport or regional flights, and then fly to Bishkek.
Conflicts between the US and Israel with Iran began on February 28, after the parties discussed the Iranian nuclear program and the US demand to cease the development of nuclear weapons. The last round of negotiations took place in Geneva on February 26.
