Against the backdrop of the upcoming Nowruz celebration, the central square of Osh will become a site for a unique entertainment program from "Nomad TV." Residents and tourists will have the opportunity not only to familiarize themselves with traditional Kyrgyz games such as taik tartish, kol kuros, arkan tartish, toguz korgool, and ordo, but also to actively participate in them. There will also be an arm wrestling area where participants can test their strength and compete for branded prizes from the television channel.
The organizers emphasize the creation of a festive atmosphere and unforgettable impressions. A photo zone with instant photo printing will be set up at the venue, as well as a panoramic shooting area that allows for 360-degree video recording to capture the brightest moments of the celebration.
Next to the gaming area, there will be a media zone for "Nomad TV," where interviews and interactive programs will be recorded. Guests will have the chance to witness the process of creating television programs and live broadcasts in professional television sets.
Natalia Krolevich, the editor-in-chief of "Nomad TV," emphasized: "We are very happy to celebrate this Nowruz together with the residents of Osh, in an atmosphere of live communication and anticipation of spring warmth. We will play traditional games together, discuss relevant topics for the southern region, and, of course, try sumolok, which is a symbol of the holiday. We express special gratitude to the Osh city administration and Mayor Janar Akayev for supporting our initiative. Such moments unite us stronger than any words."
The main events are scheduled for March 21 and 22, when the venue will operate in its most intensive format. On the remaining days, until March 30, the area will continue to function in a more relaxed mode, maintaining some activities.
Entry to the venue and participation in all events are free.
