According to the accompanying materials, the following plots need to be provided:

In April 2025, the city hall reported that the specified plots would be transferred to the management of the Office of the President, and in February 2026, they would come under the management of the State Agency for Urban Planning and Architecture (GAUGI).

This territory is intended for further use within the framework of state programs and projects.

In addition, the Bishkek City Hall proposes to extend the validity of the document consenting to the transfer of state property objects to municipal ownership, which will allow the city hall to independently make decisions about transferring objects to municipal ownership for the next 2 years without the approval of the Bishkek City Council.
