According to this document, children born between January 1 and December 31, 2019, as well as those born between January 1 and December 31, 2020, will be admitted to the first grade for the 2026/27 academic year.
Children who are 8 years old or do not have the necessary documents to confirm their identity will be enrolled in school at the decision of the Commission for Children's Affairs (CDA).
The enrollment process for the first grade will be carried out through the CTS "Electronic Enrollment" in two stages:
— in the first stage, children whose one of the parents (or legal representatives) is registered in the microdistrict of the corresponding school will be accepted;
— in the second stage, children will be enrolled regardless of their parents' registration, provided there are available spots in the school.
The first stage of registration will begin on April 1, 2026, at 10:00 AM, and the second stage, if there are available spots, will start on June 1, 2026, also at 10:00 AM.
Children can be registered for school through the "personal account" on the platform 1mektep.edu.gov.kg.
It is important to note that no tests, exams, or interviews will be conducted during the enrollment in the first grade.
Main Goals of Implementing the CTS "Electronic Enrollment":
— registration and accounting of data when enrolling children in the first grade;
— ensuring equal rights to receive primary general education for every child.
Personal data of both the child and the applicant will be processed in the system, including citizens of Kyrgyzstan and foreigners, using the interdepartmental electronic system "Tunduk" for verification.
Child's data:
- personal identification number (PIN);
- last name, first name, patronymic;
- gender;
- date of birth.
Applicant's data:
- personal identification number (PIN);
- last name, first name, patronymic;
- gender;
- date of birth;
- legal address (registration information);
- contact numbers (including mobile);
- email.
Personal data in the CTS "Electronic Enrollment" will be protected in accordance with the Digital Code of Kyrgyzstan.
