In the village of Karakol in the Talas region, an unusual wedding ceremony took place. The main characters of the celebration were 22-year-old Zhanat Usenbekov and 20-year-old Fatima Daniyarova, whose story of union began in a rather unconventional way.

As the newlyweds shared, their acquaintance began in 2024 on social media. The young people communicated online for a long time, developing feelings for each other, even though they had never met in person. "My husband and I met online. Our communication grew into serious feelings, and all this time we remained a couple, knowing each other only through messages and calls. When Zhanat proposed to me over the phone, I didn't hesitate—I felt in my heart that he was the one for me," Fatima recalls.

The decisive moment came at the end of 2025. At that time, Fatima was working in Moscow. On December 29, Zhanat bought her a plane ticket, inviting her to return to her homeland. Right at the plane's steps, she was greeted by her future husband along with friends, and from there they immediately went to Zhanat's ancestral village. Thus, barely stepping off the plane, Fatima crossed the threshold of the house as a bride.

An amazing coincidence was that just three days before Fatima's arrival—on December 27—another bride, the wife of Zhanat's older brother, joined the family. After consulting, the relatives decided to hold one big joint wedding for both couples.

During the ceremony, both couples entered the hall to the sounds of the traditional song "Zhar-zhar." As a sign of deep respect, the matchmakers from both brides were presented with honorary dishes—"ucha" (the honored part of the animal slaughtered for the celebration). Guests and relatives from both sides showered the newlyweds with wishes, and the couples received congratulations together.

Despite the fact that many were surprised by Fatima's decision to marry someone she had not seen in person until the day of her arrival, the girl has no regrets. "Many were amazed by my choice, but from the first moments of communication, I knew what kind of person he was. Now my husband's parents treat me like their own daughter, and I am very happy to be part of such a wonderful family," Fatima says.

Currently, the newlyweds live with Zhanat's parents. Zhanat is one of five children in the family, and now Fatima holds the status of the youngest daughter-in-law, safeguarding the home comfort.
