Currently, there are over 95,000 units of agricultural machinery in Kyrgyzstan, according to information provided by the Ministry of Water Resources, Agriculture, and Processing Industry of the Kyrgyz Republic.
According to the ministry, this number includes 22,389 tractors, 11,544 plows, 3,468 seeders, 15,467 harrows, 822 fertilizer spreaders, 1,731 ditchers, 2,023 graders, and 9,169 tractor trailers, as well as other equipment.
As of today, the readiness level of agricultural machinery is 89%.
According to the ministry, out of 22,389 tractors, 1,972 are ready for field work, which is 88% of the total number of tractors; the readiness for plows is 30%, for seeders it is 90%, for harrows it is 88%, for fertilizer spreaders it is 92%, for ditchers it is 88%, for graders it is 88%, and for tractor trailers it is 88%. More than 8,000 tillage units and over 3,500 seeding machines are involved in seasonal work.
