Currently, the next stage of the Pro Swim Series is taking place in Austin, Texas, where the heats for the 200-meter breaststroke began on January 18.
Petrashov confidently made it to the final, where he took second place, earning a silver medal. He was only surpassed by the four-time Olympic champion and seven-time world champion from France, Léon Marchand.
This medal became the third for Petrashov at the current tournament, as he had previously won silver in the 100 and 50 meters breaststroke events.
