In the Nookat district, there have been changes to the construction project concerning the stadium. Now, the site in the rural municipality of Gulistan, where a modern sports facility was previously planned, will be used for the construction of administrative buildings. This was reported by the district akim, Daniyar Sheishekano.

It is worth reminding that on September 13 of last year, Kamchybek Tashiev, who is the Deputy Chairman of the Cabinet of Ministers and the Chairman of the State National Security Committee, promised local residents a new sports facility on the site of an abandoned field in Gulistan. However, technical requirements have made adjustments to these plans.

According to the akim, an inspection conducted by representatives of the Kyrgyz Football Union (KFU) confirmed that the site is unsuitable for construction due to its limitations. As a result of illegal land seizures in previous years, the area of the site has decreased, and currently, the two hectares intended for the stadium are actually occupied by a market.

Now, instead of the planned multifunctional stadium costing 385 million soms, a new facility will be built based on the old stadium in the rural district named after Toktomat Zulpuyev. The project will be handled by the company "Kyrgyzstroyservice" under the management of the President's Affairs.

A modern administrative cluster will be constructed on the site of the old field (1.8 hectares).

The new complex will house key district departments:

- Court and Tax Service;

- "Cadastre" and archive;

- Social protection.

Daniyar Sheishekano noted that many services are currently in unsatisfactory condition. For example, the "Cadastre" archive is located in containers and the House of Culture. The new administrative buildings will occupy about 80-90 hundredths of a hectare, while the remaining area will be transformed into a green zone and park.

Shukurullo Sattarov, the head of the rural municipality of Gulistan, confirmed that the local council has already agreed to transfer the land for state institutions, but the resolution is still in the stage of public discussions.

At the same time, the State National Security Committee continues to work on the return of about 20 hundredths of stadium land that unjustly ended up in private ownership.
