On March 8, the team started in the one-day race Poreč Classic, held in Croatia.
The race had a length of 141.6 km and included an elevation gain of 1362 meters. A total of 161 athletes participated.
The best result among the team members was achieved by Ilya Savekin, who managed to take 23rd place.
According to the Cycling Federation of Kyrgyzstan, one of the riders had bad luck: he was involved in an accident, but despite this, he was able to continue the competition and finished in 128th place.
From March 12 to 15, the cycling team from Kyrgyzstan will participate in the multi-day race Istrian Spring Race, also taking place in Croatia.
