Bayalieva took this position in February 2023. Previously, while working in the district education department, she received a reprimand from the administration board for failing to fulfill her official duties.
The main factors for her dismissal were numerous appeals and complaints from citizens, as well as the lack of positive changes in the education system, which led to her being forced to leave her post.
Rita Melsovna Bayalieva was born on March 3, 1976, in the village of Zhanı-Aryk in the Jumgal district and has a higher education.
From 1999 to 2003, she worked as a teacher at the Rysaly Soltonbekov Secondary School in the village of Zhanı-Aryk, then from 2003 to 2004, she was an organizer at the same school. From 2005 to 2008, she held the position of head of the academic department, and from 2008 to 2021, she was the school director.
From March to August 2023, Bayalieva served as the director of the Myskal Ömurkanova Secondary School in the village of Jumgal.
Since August 2023, she was appointed head of the district education department, where she worked until February 13.
