In Jumgal, the memory of the distinguished educator Isagalay Aydraliev was honored.

Turmush — In the Jumgal district, a significant event took place in honor of Isagalay Aydraliev, a renowned educator, member of the Communist Party of the Soviet Union, and "Honorary Citizen of Naryn Region." As part of the event, a new classroom was opened in one of the local schools.

At the Tatybubu Tursunbaeva School, located in the village of Chayek, a classroom for Kyrgyz language and literature was inaugurated. The classroom is designed according to modern requirements and is equipped with everything necessary for the educational process. At the ceremony dedicated to the memory of Isagalay Aydraliev, his relatives, students, and colleagues shared memories of his teaching career.

Isagalay Aydraliev was born in 1932 in the village of Jangy-Aryk, located in the Jumgal district. At an early age, he was left without parents and was raised by his grandparents. During the Great Patriotic War, he worked on the collective farm "Bazar-Turuk." In 1949, he graduated from Chayek Secondary School with a gold medal, and in 1953, he completed the history faculty of the Frunze Pedagogical Institute.

From 1954 to 1966, Aydraliev worked as a teacher, then held positions as school director and head of the district department of public education in the Jumgal, Toguz-Toro, and Ak-Tal districts. From 1966 to 1971, he headed the organizational department of the district party committee, and from 1971 to 1982, he was the head of the agitation and propaganda department of the Kyrgyz Communist Party regional committee. He then served as the chairman of the executive committee of the Jumgal district council of people's deputies until 1986, and in the following years, he was the director of the Jumgal fruit and vegetable sovkhoz.

Aydraliev was a deputy of the Naryn Regional Council for seven convocations (from XIII to XIX) and retired in 1993.

He was awarded the Order of the Badge of Honor, five medals from the USSR, two Honorary Certificates from the Supreme Council of the Kyrgyz SSR, the Zhukov Medal, the "Excellence in Public Education" badge, as well as an Honorary Certificate from the People's Republic of Mongolia. Additionally, he was granted the title of major in the national security organs and the titles of "Honorary Citizen of Naryn Region" and "Honorary Citizen of Ak-Tal District."

Isagalay Aydraliev is also the author of several books, including "The Experience of Party Organizations in Naryn Region in Educating Youth" (1983), a poetry collection "Yrlary" (1984), and "The Experience of Conducting Council Sessions" (1984). In 2006-2007, his daughter Elnur Aydralieva digitized over 500 of his poems and registered a patent for his poetic heritage.

In 2013, at the initiative of his wife Aynash Saparlieva, a collection titled "Mezgil Yrgaktary" ("Rhythms of Time") was published.

Isagalay Aydraliev passed away in 2005 at the age of 73.
