At the business forum "Central Asia - Japan," which took place on December 20 with the participation of state leaders, a memorandum on trilateral cooperation was signed. As reported by the High Technologies Park, this agreement plans the establishment of the Kyrgyz-Japanese Digital University (K-JDU).
The aim of this initiative is to deepen cooperation between Kyrgyzstan and Japan in the field of information technology and educational programs. The new university is expected to help meet the growing demand for qualified personnel in the IT sector of both countries, including specialists who are proficient in the Japanese language and modern digital skills.
The signing of the memorandum took place between the Japanese company Digital Knowledge Co., Ltd., the Kyrgyz-Japanese Center for Human Development (KRJC), and the High Technologies Park of the Kyrgyz Republic.
The parties also expressed their intention to jointly develop educational programs that will prepare IT specialists in demand on the international stage, as well as to strengthen academic and technological cooperation between Kyrgyzstan and Japan.
