According to information received on November 30, on the day of the elections for the deputies of the Jogorku Kenesh, no significant violations were recorded across the country. This was reported on December 1 during a broadcast on "Birinchi Radio" by the head of the press service of the Ministry of Internal Affairs, Sultan Makilov.

He noted that criminal cases were initiated under Article 196 in connection with vote buying, resulting in the detention of several individuals. Currently, several citizens are in custody pending the completion of investigative activities, and the court has already requested an extension of the detention for two months. A decision will be made in accordance with the law after the investigation is completed, he added.

Sultan Makilov also emphasized that all incoming reports will be thoroughly checked and will receive a legal assessment.

The official website of the Central Election Commission has a section where all statements related to the elections are posted. "Some may claim that they submitted a statement and did not receive a response, but it is worth paying attention to the published materials, which contain all appeals and the decisions made on them. This section includes both statements submitted to the CEC and those sent to the Ministry of Internal Affairs," he added.
