As part of his anniversary tour, Valery Meladze planned to perform in Kyrgyzstan; however, as media manager and producer Pavel Rudchenko informed the publication "Abzac," his application was rejected.

Rudchenko explained that this decision was made in order to maintain good relations with Russia and to prevent political statements at concerts.

He noted: "Some countries, including Kyrgyzstan, are trying to avoid political tensions with Russia. They prefer not to deal with artists who might make political slogans or support them from the stage, so as not to exacerbate the situation."

In his opinion, countries in the region, in particular, strive for stable interstate relations and avoid conflict due to the actions of individual performers. Rudchenko also expressed the view that Meladze may face difficulties performing in Eastern countries due to potential political statements during concerts.

It became known that Meladze was considering the possibility of performing in Kyrgyzstan as part of his 60th anniversary and planned to include Central Asian countries in his tour route. The artist's team sent guarantees to the authorities of the CIS countries, emphasizing their respectful attitude towards their peoples and promising to avoid political statements at concerts.

According to information, Kazakhstan and Uzbekistan agreed to performances, while Kyrgyzstan denied the performer the organization of a concert.
