Local authorities were present at the event, including Akim Ruslan Aitbaev, as well as foreign guests, among them Deputy Head of the Kasansay District of Uzbekistan Rustam Khozhiev and First Deputy Akim of the Jeti-Oguz District of the Issyk-Kul Region Kadybek Adzhiev.
According to information from the district state administration, as part of a special program, participants were shown a historical landmark and museum in the village of Safed-Bulan, where they learned about the history of the district, sacred places, and cultural traditions.
The main part of the festival took place in the district House of Culture. Here, the agro-industrial exhibition "AgroTechExpo" and the fair "Golden Autumn – 2025" were held. Farmers from the Ala-Buka district showcased breeding animals, agricultural machinery, and products, as well as provided local residents with the opportunity to buy natural products without intermediaries.
There was also a national crafts exhibition, featuring works of women's handicrafts, such as shyrdaks and embroidery.
The "Dostuk" festival became a symbol of friendship between the two peoples, reflecting peaceful coexistence, unity, and mutual respect.
Representatives of the visiting delegations noted the significance of the event and expressed a desire to strengthen inter-district cooperation and friendly ties.
The festival concluded with a concert program dedicated to the friendship of the two peoples, organized by cultural workers.
