Kruglov Anatoly Nikolayevich (1891 - 1979)

Russian. Born in the village of Kuskovo, Nikolaevsky district, Vologda province.

Graduated from the medical faculty of Tomsk University (1916).

Worked as a doctor in a surgical hospital, assistant in the surgical clinic of Kuban University, associate professor at the State Institute for Advanced Medical Studies (Leningrad), director of the Simferopol Oncology Institute, head of the Department of Faculty Surgery at KGMU (1945-1967).

Specialist in surgery and oncology. Awarded the Order of the Red Banner of Labor.

Honored Scientist of the Kirghiz SSR (1961). Honored Doctor of the Crimean ASSR. Published over 70 scientific works.

Under his supervision, 2 doctoral and 16 candidate dissertations were defended.
