At the session of the Bishkek City Council, Victoria Mozgacheva confirmed that ten new kindergartens will be established in the capital by 2026.

She noted that it is planned to open at least ten preschool educational institutions each year, and currently, home-based education is being actively implemented as part of government programs, with a pilot voucher project taking place this year. Additionally, one kindergarten has already been opened in "Muras-Ordo," and major renovations are underway in other institutions that were returned after inspections by law enforcement agencies.

According to the vice-mayor, ten kindergartens will also be built next year in areas where they are lacking.

“Currently, we are building larger kindergartens designed for 300-400 children. According to the requirements of the Cabinet of Ministers, this year we must cover up to 60% of all preschoolers, and in the future, this percentage is planned to be increased to 80%. We aim to ensure the availability of kindergartens in every residential area, especially in the private sector,” she added.
