In her speech, Musabaeva emphasized the increase in population and the resulting issues with land plots. She noted that around 10,000 local residents are awaiting certificates of ownership for housing. To address these issues, the delegate proposed to expand the city's boundaries with the help of the rural administration.
Uzgen has eight schools and nine kindergartens. Musabaeva reported a situation where, in some educational institutions, students are forced to study in three shifts due to a lack of space. In this regard, the delegate suggested building new schools in developing residential areas and neighborhoods.
