At the IV People's Kurultai, which is taking place in the Jalal-Abad region, delegate Sharipa Nurakmanova represents the interests of the Suzak district.
In her speech, she emphasized that the amount of the allowance for heroic mothers is currently only 1,000 soms. Sharipa Nurakmanova called for increasing this amount to 10,000 soms, as the current payment is insufficient even for purchasing necessary medications.
Moreover, she pointed out the need to create jobs in rural areas and to build manufacturing enterprises. This is related to the high level of migration to Russia, which results in children being left without parents, leading to the breakdown of families.
