At the IV People's Kurultai, delegate Bakytbek Samiev presented the demands voiced by residents of the village of Toloykan, located in the Osh region.
He noted the critical need for strengthening the riverbanks and cleaning the Ak-Buura River, emphasizing that this river is a symbol of the city of Osh, and the condition of the canals leaves much to be desired.
Additionally, Samiev pointed out the necessity to build a medical and obstetric point and kindergartens.
“A plot of land has been allocated for the kindergarten, but due to a lack of funding, work has not yet begun. We ask for help with financing,” he added.
The delegate also emphasized that there is a Mirzali street in Kyrgyzstan where a Ministry of Defense facility is located, but not a single meter of road there has been paved. He noted that the village also faces issues with gas supply and sewage.
