At the IV People's Kurultai, a representative of Kyrgyz migrants voiced their requests.
Talaikul Irsalieva, a delegate from Italy, came specifically to participate in this event.
She noted: “Migrants need special status to obtain a state mortgage. Their main goal for leaving the country is the opportunity to acquire housing. However, while they work abroad, their children are left unsupervised. We ask that the conditions allow them to obtain a mortgage without a down payment, which would help them return to their families more quickly by purchasing housing,” she added.
Additionally, the delegate proposed creating an investment fund for migrants so they could receive dividends and avoid unnecessary expenses, as well as not fall victim to financial fraud.
