Döloş Muratov, a delegate from Bishkek, addressed President Sadyr Japarov during the People's Kurultai, requesting access to Chyngyz Aitmatov Avenue.
Additionally, he emphasized the need for repairs on the Southern Highway and the cessation of illegal construction.
Muratov also expressed his opinion on the staffing shortage in the country. He suggested returning to the Soviet system of training specialists.
“Training for medical professionals and teachers should be free, with mandatory social guarantees provided. It is unacceptable to send inexperienced residents to the regions. Therefore, it is important for the Medical Academy to have a 5-year program, after which students should undergo a two-year internship in the best clinics in Bishkek and abroad before returning to the regions,” he noted.
