According to the new resolution, 13 institutions and divisions that were previously under the management of the Ministry of Education and Science have been renamed. Here is the list of changes:
1) The Department for Quality Education Development has been renamed to the Department for Quality Education Development at the Ministry of Education of the Kyrgyz Republic.
2) The Center for Independent Certification and Validation is now called the Center for Independent Certification and Validation at the Ministry of Education of the Kyrgyz Republic.
3) The Psychological-Medical-Pedagogical Consultation has received a new name — the Psychological-Medical-Pedagogical Consultation at the Ministry of Education of the Kyrgyz Republic.
4) The Kyrgyz Academy of Education now operates as the institution "Kyrgyz Academy of Education at the Ministry of Education of the Kyrgyz Republic."
5) The Republican Institute for Advanced Training and Retraining of Educational Workers has become the Republican Institute for Advanced Training and Retraining of Educational Workers at the Ministry of Education of the Kyrgyz Republic.
6) The Health Center "Sanat" is now referred to as the Health Center "Sanat" of the Ministry of Education of the Kyrgyz Republic.
7) The Publishing House "Okuu Kitebi" has been renamed to the Publishing House "Okuu Kitebi" at the Ministry of Education of the Kyrgyz Republic.
8) The Media Center "Kut Bilim" has become the Media Center "Kut Bilim" at the Ministry of Education of the Kyrgyz Republic.
9) The Centralized Accounting has now been renamed to the Centralized Accounting at the Ministry of Education of the Kyrgyz Republic.
10) The Republican Scientific and Methodological Center has been transformed into the Republican Scientific and Methodological Center at the Ministry of Education of the Kyrgyz Republic.
11) The Republican Methodological Center for Physical Education, Sports, and Culture has been renamed to the similar center at the Ministry of Education.
12) The Sanatorium-Prophylactic "Barchyn" is now called the Sanatorium-Prophylactic "Barchyn" at the Ministry of Education.
13) The Republican Children's Engineering and Technical Academy "Altyn Tuyun" has been transformed into the National Children's Engineering and Technical Academy "Altyn Tuyun".
Additionally, the document includes amendments to several existing regulatory acts related to the remuneration of workers in the educational and cultural sectors. The Ministry of Education has been tasked with developing and approving new charters for the renamed institutions, as well as carrying out their state re-registration according to the new requirements.
The resolution concerning the state institution "Center for Digital Education" has lost its validity as of September 7, 2023. It is important to note that the new resolution will come into effect on February 6, 2026.
