President of Kyrgyzstan Sadyr Japarov and Prime Minister Adylbek Kasymaliev issued a stern warning to officials and law enforcement regarding the inadmissibility of pressure on businesses. These important statements were made on the same day: the Prime Minister spoke at a meeting in Osh dedicated to personnel issues, while the President voiced his remarks at the opening ceremony of the cable car in the Ala-Archa gorge.
During the opening of the new tourist facility near Bishkek, the President emphasized that Kyrgyzstan is open for both domestic and foreign investments. Comfortable conditions are being created for this, the tax burden is being reduced, and the process of obtaining permits is being simplified. This leads to increased activity in the business environment, but excessive attention from regulatory bodies to certain enterprises creates obstacles for their operations.

Sadyr Japarov emphasized that his warning should be taken seriously. "The state creates all the necessary conditions for entrepreneurs willing to invest in the development of various sectors, and we will continue to foster a favorable business environment. We have also imposed a moratorium on unjustified inspections," he added.
The President also addressed law enforcement agencies, urging them not to pressure entrepreneurs who contribute to the country's development. "If I hear about any pressure, don't take offense," he added.
He also expressed hope that entrepreneurs, feeling support from the state and having all the necessary conditions for growth, will work honestly and fulfill their tax obligations," concluded the President.
In response to the President's words, the Prime Minister also criticized unjustified inspections and demanded an end to illegal interference in business activities.

"Unjustified and illegal inspections must be completely stopped. The Ministry of Internal Affairs, the Ministry of Emergency Situations, the Tax Service, I warn you again, stop illegal pressure on businesses. If there are legal grounds for an inspection, that’s one thing, but simply coming and demanding compliance with certain actions is unacceptable," emphasized the head of government.
He also reminded that a moratorium on inspections has been established in the country and that any control measures must be carried out strictly within the law and based on grounds. The Prime Minister instructed the Prosecutor's Office to monitor compliance with legality and prevent abuses: "Support for business remains a priority of state policy, and any pressure and manifestations of corruption must be suppressed."
According to economic and business expert Sergey Ponomarev, the statements of the state leaders have serious grounds. "What the President and Prime Minister talked about is indeed happening. It is important that we now see political will and a clear position from the head of state," he noted.

Entrepreneurs have always been the engine of the economy. The development of infrastructure, job creation, and the construction of schools and other social facilities depend on their activity. The taxes they pay are the main source of income for the state. It is positive that the state shows support for business, creating an understanding of the necessity of such support.
Clear and understandable rules for doing business are needed, which is a sign of stable regulatory policy. Seeing such stability, both external and internal investors will be ready to invest in Kyrgyzstan," added Sergey Ponomarev.
Representatives of the business community note that the emphasis placed by the republic's leadership on economic discipline and the protection of entrepreneurs is relevant. Kyrgyzstan needs not only to maintain high rates of development but also to create conditions for transitioning to a qualitatively new level.
The presence of a sustainable and stable business capable of scaling is an important factor for the success of the state, the reliability of the social sphere, and the effectiveness of institutional governance. As experts emphasize, when managers and entrepreneurs work in partnership, a synergy of development arises.
