As previously reported, on December 30, the snow leopard entered the property of one of the residents of Boroldoy in the Kemin district. After its capture, the animal was temporarily placed in a wildlife rehabilitation center located at the branch of the German Nature Conservation Union (NABU) on the Saylyu-Terek pasture in the Chui region.
According to the information, "the animal underwent all necessary veterinary and biological examinations under the supervision of specialists. The snow leopard is 3-4 years old, it is a male, weighs 42.7 kg, and has a length of about 2 meters," the statement notes.
