- Bishkek—Osh (121-138 km, Töö-Ashuu pass and 198-265 km, Ala-Bel pass),
- Suusamyr—Talass—Taraz (1-14 km, Ötmök pass),
- Myza-Ake—Kara-Kulja—Alayku (55-115 km),
- Ala-Buka—Kanysh-Kiya (45-112 km, Chapchyma pass),
- Krasnaya-Gorka—Akhtash (0-3 km),
- Sary-Tash—Daroot-Korgon—Karamyk (97-98 km),
- Bishkek—Naryn—Torugart (292-305 km, Dolon pass),
- Aral—Ming-Kush (1-14 km),
- Aral—Suusamyr (8-21 km),
- Balikchy—Kazaraman—Jalal-Abad (326-349 km, Kök-Art pass),
- Karakoil—Engilchek (45-90 km, Chon-Ashuu pass).
Drivers are advised to maintain a safe distance of 500 meters between vehicles on the specified sections.
