



In the Bazar-Korgon district, in the village of Zharake, the construction of a large poultry farm is underway, which will be able to house up to 100,000 chickens. The head of the Ministry of Agriculture of the Kyrgyz Republic, Bakyt Torobaev, visited the site to familiarize himself with its activities.
According to the department, the total cost of the project is 185 million soms, of which work worth 105 million soms has already been completed to date.
The launch of the poultry farm is planned to occur in three phases. The first phase, starting in May 2025, involves the breeding of 31,000 chickens. The second phase will take place in October 2025, adding another 31,000 chickens. In the third phase, starting in 2026, the farm will begin breeding meat breeds of poultry.
Additionally, a feed production workshop has also been built, which will start producing products in May 2025. Workers in this workshop will receive an average salary ranging from 30,000 to 50,000 soms.
