Since its opening on August 15, 2023, this workshop has been actively producing safflower oil, which has already gained popularity in the domestic market due to its quality.
The workshop purchases raw materials from local farmers in the Talas and Chuy regions at a price ranging from 35 to 45 soms per kilogram. During the season, its production capacity allows for the release of 100 to 150 tons of oil monthly. Approximately 70-80% of the produced products remain for sale in Talas and Bishkek, while the remaining 30% are distributed to other regions of Kyrgyzstan.
Among the key advantages of 'Aisu' safflower oil is the absence of chemical additives. It is produced exclusively by cold pressing, which preserves its natural flavor qualities and beneficial properties.
According to the owner of the enterprise, there is a steady growth in demand for safflower oil in the domestic market, which opens up new opportunities for expanding production and strengthening ties with local farmers.
