The Chairman of the Financial Market Regulation and Supervision Service expressed concerns about cash in the country
According to Marat Pirnazarov, the Chairman of the Financial Market Regulation and Supervision Service, the volume of cash held by citizens of Kyrgyzstan amounts to between 200 and 300 billion soms. This situation raises concerns in light of the current inflationary processes.
He noted that such a significant amount should be transformed into more productive forms.
"Our task is to convey to citizens that these funds need to be directed towards investments. Into the real sectors of the economy, rather than being kept idle," the official emphasized.
