Mambetov clarified that the process of obtaining patents is carried out through a personal account; however, the figure of 3,622 does not correspond to the total number of pawnshops. Some patents were issued for a period of only one month, while others were for a longer duration. Additionally, it should be taken into account that during the reporting period, some pawnshop companies ceased operations.
We remind you that earlier, the Chairman of the State Committee for National Security, Kamchybek Tashiev, raised the issue of the need for a complete inspection of all pawnshops in the country.
