Banknotes and Coins from Kyrgyzstan Presented at Exhibition in Berlin

The National Bank of the Kyrgyz Republic showcased its achievements at the annual World Money Fair, held in Berlin (Germany).

According to the bank's press service, this event is the largest of its kind, bringing together coin manufacturers, mints, national banks, professionals, and collectors from around the world. Each year, the exhibition attracts about 300 participants from more than 50 countries.

The main goal of the NB KR's participation in this event was to promote and present the cultural heritage and history of the republic through the lens of the national currency.

The exhibition included more than 30 banknotes and collectible coins covering themes such as "Historical Events," "The Era of the Kyrgyz Khaganate," "Monuments of History and Architecture of Kyrgyzstan," "Kyrgyz Customs and Rituals," "National Musical Instruments," "National Sports and Folk Games," "World Nomad Games," and "The Red Book of Kyrgyzstan."
