According to information from the State Tax Service of the Kyrgyz Republic, from the specified date, navigation seals will become mandatory for road and rail transportation of alcoholic products, tobacco products, and goods subject to special economic measures in the EAEU countries.
In Kyrgyzstan, seals for road transport will be installed at goods accounting points located on the Kyrgyz-Kazakh border, including places such as Chaldybar, Ak-Zhol, Ak-Tilek, Chon-Kapka, and Karkyra. For rail transport, seals will be installed at the stations Bishkek-1, Alamedin, Rybachye, Kara-Balta, Kainy, Belovodskaya, Shopokovo, Kant, and Tokmak.
Removal of seals during road transportation will occur at the recipient's location, while for rail cargo, it will take place during unloading at the specified stations.
Carriers, senders, and freight forwarders must send data to the State Tax Service six hours before arrival at the seal installation site to the email address [[email protected]](mailto:[email protected]). Information on the required data and the procedure for interaction between participants in foreign economic activity and the tax service is published on the official website in the Knowledge Base section, Navigation Seals within the EAEU.
Participants in foreign economic activity are responsible for the accuracy of the provided data and its compliance with the goods actually being transported. Questions regarding service payments and tariffs can be directed to the national operator, OJSC State Customs Infrastructure, through the website gti.kg. Additional information is available at the State Tax Service call center at 116 or by phone at 0 (312) 62-21-07.
These new measures are being implemented in accordance with the decision of the Eurasian Economic Commission and the EAEU Agreement on the application of navigation seals.
