This system will be used for both road and rail transport.
According to a statement from the State Tax Service, starting from February 11, 2026, the use of navigation seals will be mandatory in Kyrgyzstan when transporting alcoholic and tobacco products.
To prepare businesses for the new requirements, a meeting was held involving staff from the tax and customs services, representatives from the Ministry of Economy, and entrepreneurs.
Deputy Chairman of the State Tax Service Kubanychbek Isabekov emphasized the importance of the meeting, which was organized to clarify the operation of navigation seals in the process of importing and exporting goods within the EAEU.
He highlighted that such seals will help protect cargo during transportation and confirm that the goods being transported match those specified in the documents. This will simplify border crossings and ease the work of entrepreneurs.
At the meeting, specialists from the State Tax Service and operators of the tracking system provided detailed explanations on the use of navigation seals, while business representatives had the opportunity to ask their questions.
Kubanychbek Isabekov added that, first and foremost, tax service employees will undergo training on the new tracking system to subsequently assist taxpayers in adapting to the new rules.
The State Tax Service also reminded that from February 11, 2026, constant tracking of cargo using navigation seals will be implemented in all EAEU countries.
