In his speech, the minister emphasized the importance of digitalization for the customs authorities of the EAEU and the implementation of modern technologies. Key initiatives include the creation of a unified customs transit system, the use of navigation seals, the introduction of a 'single window' mechanism, and the modernization of infrastructure.
Ruslan Davydov also highlighted the importance of cooperation between government bodies and the expert community to form a correct understanding of integration processes within the EAEU.
Additionally, the minister discussed in detail the development of a guide titled "Prospective Customs Technologies (International Legal Aspect)." This document was presented to international experts at the meeting of the Permanent Technical Committee of the World Customs Organization, which took place in October 2025.
